At the average retreat, you’ll typically spend your time trying to keep up with the relentless schedule of yoga, workshops and meals, with no time for rest or integration whilst sharing a relatively small living space with the other guests and craving just a moment of peace to yourself. On top of that, the work is so often deeply draining and emotional and you leave feeling like you need another holiday to recover!

Our retreat is located on the Spanish island of Ibiza...in case we hadn't mentioned that!
The Ubuntu Treat Home exists for anyone who needs to get away from it all and completely unwind. In the middle of nature and in the heart of the Atzaro Valley you will find the retreat.
The location is close to the village of Sant Carlez and is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest beaches.
You will have some opportunities to explore the surrounding areas on your integration days and more information will be shared about this in due course.

Lisa Mitchell
Lilli is a Sound Reiki® Master, Professional Singer & Vocal Coach and Founder of Sing To Heal Ltd.
Having created a successful career as a professional Singer and Vocal Coach, Lilli was diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder after having her two sons. Having been put on medication, she was determined to find another way to manage the symptoms she was experiencing which at their worst included panic attacks, outbursts of anger and depression.
In 2017 she launched her first Podcast - The Confidence Academy Podcast - and began interviewing people from all over the world who had learned how to thrive in spite of their challenges, including mental health issues.
Through this, she discovered energy healing and later, sound healing and then had the opportunity to study with the Sound Reiki Institute where she worked her up from Level One to Master Level!
Throughout this time, Lilli was exploring how she could combine her new found love of sound healing, with her experience as a professional Singer and Sing To Heal Ltd was born!
"I had already seen the positive effects singing could have on a person's confidence through my private studio work and working with the members of my choir. But when I was struggling with my own mental health, I began to notice that the benefits of singing ran far deeper than just reducing anxiety and stress.
I realised that singing was a powerful way to honour and release emotions we might be holding onto.
As I dove deeper into my own Spiritual awakening and training as a Sound Reiki practitioner, I learned more about energy and how we can work with it to help ourselves feel better.
I just love watching the process someone goes through when they realise that they had a voice all along and the utter joy that spreads across their face as their experience the true power of their voice!
I am so excited to be offering this unique Sing To Heal experience in this way!"

Do I need singing experience for this?
Absolutely not! This is suitable for singers of all abilities as well as those who have never sung! In fact, if singing has always been something you've wanted to do but felt some fear or resistance to it, this is absolutely for you!
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes of course! We want to make this as accessible as possible and we know this is a large investment to make all in one go. Simply contact us to request payment in instalments and we will be happy to help!
Can I bring a friend?
We would love you to invite your friends! Please feel free to share our social media posts and the link to this page and then let us know so we can make sure you are in the same room together.
What does the Sound Reiki Meditation involve?
Great question! The closest thing to it is a Sound Bath. You will be asked to lie down on yoga mats and you will have bolsters and blankets to use as you wish. Lilli will then take you into a guided meditation using relaxing music and her voice! A truly unique experience not to be missed!
Can you accommodate my specific dietary requirements?
Yes absolutely. Please be sure to notify us of what these are when completing your registration. We can work with you to ensure your needs are met. If you would prefer to bring your own food, please let us know.
What about disability access?

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
The retreat is subject to the following terms and conditions 1. Terms of agreement. (a) By booking and attending a Sing To Heal Retreat, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. (b) The term ‘Sing To Heal Retreat’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the company. The term ‘you’ or ‘I’ refers to the student or guest or user or viewer of our website and/or services. The terms ‘retreat’ or ‘program’ or ‘holiday’ refers to all aspects of the services on offer, to include, but not be limited to, the workshops, accommodation and activities. 2. Booking procedure. 1. Booking procedure (a) On making a booking with us, each person accepts the terms of these booking conditions. (b) On submitting your booking, you will receive an email confirmation to secure your place. At this time your place is confirmed. If you have requested to pay by instalments, please make a note of when each instalment is due and ensure payment is made on time. The balance of your retreat must be paid by 10th August 2024. If payment is not made in time, we reserve the right to cancel your retreat and retain 25% of the full payment amount by way of a non-refundable deposit. (c) If making your booking after 30th June 2024, the full balance will be due. (d) Subject to clause 2(e), all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposit, remaining and full payments. (e) A refund will only be issued if the retreat is fully booked and someone else can fill your space. A refund in this case is minus the 25% deposit. Any monies owed in this case will be paid to you one month after the retreat end date. (f) We reserve the right to change the price of the retreat before you submit your booking. Any change in price will be advertised to you before you book the retreat. (g) We reserve the right to reduce the price of the retreat or run special offers at any time. Once you have made your booking and made your first payment these price changes will not apply to you. Cancellation Policy Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your booking. ‘Cancellation’ is defined as not attending your scheduled Sing To Heal Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. ‘You’ refers to the guest booking a Sing To Heal Retreat. ‘We’ refers to Sing To Heal Ltd. I can no longer attend; what are my options? If you cancel your trip, Sing To Heal Ltd does not offer a full refund. Any monies owed to you will be refunded, depending on the time of cancelling, minus the 25% deposit. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: · If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another retreat. · If you cancel 60-89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat. · If you cancel 15-59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat. · If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. If Sing To Heal Ltd must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat or you may request a refund of your payment to us, minus the 25% deposit which is transferable to another date. What happens if not enough guests attend the retreat? Every effort is made to ensure our retreats can go ahead as scheduled so cancellation due to a lack of bookings is extremely rare. Our regular booking terms are that we will confirm, postpone or cancel a retreat at the point the final payments are due. We will not collect any more payments after this date if you are on a payment plan. Any disruptive behaviour towards staff members or guests will not be tolerated. We request you respect others during your stay with us.
